Dear Homecoming sa Konsulado participants,

We wish to remind you of our next meeting scheduled next week, Thursday, 28 September 2017 at 6:30 P.M., Philippine Center.

Last meeting, we requested an update/report of each Committee namely,  Registration; Program; Sponsorship, Budget and Finance; Games and Prizes; Food and Publicity  on their inputs for the Homecoming sa Konsulado 2017. We aim to continue the discussion next meeting.

The Homecoming sa Konsulado 2017 is scheduled to be held on 21 October 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M with a theme "Makibahagi: Mentoring for Change"

The 3rd Meeting intends to attain the following developments:

1. Identify the number of participating schools and receive their registration fees; 

2. Arrange the position of the schools/Lay out. Drawing of lots is suggested as one of the options;

3. Finalize the flyer to be circulated first week of October preferably 3 or 4 October 2017;

4. Update on the Gabay Mag-aaral Project;

5. Finalize the Program 

We will appreciate if you could acknowledge the email and confirm your participation in the meeting.
