I am writing to ask if, as president of the World Forum for Acoustic
Ecology, you know of an artist who is engaged in noise 
pollution by removing or minimizing aspects of the soundscape? 

I am working on a project that deals with remediation and would like to
include acoustic remediation among my examples.
