following up on meeting

Hi All,

So of course scheduling everyone to get together is problematic.

It appears that the most populated time is 

Tuesday, 5/14 evening, where most all can attend, but not any one from Art Therapy so that does not look good. Is this still the case?

Otherwise, we might want to consider looking into early June to see if that works?

What about Saturday June 1st? At 3pm or later

Sunday, June 2nd, any time

Tuesday, June 4th, 6-7 eve.

These appear to be the best collective times.

Please let me know ASAP.

I can do Saturday June 1st but it would have to be around 6PM, because I am at work. 

I can do Sunday June 2nd at any time or Tuesday June 4th at 6:00PM.

Hi Mark and all,

 

I am not able to make the Tuesday, May 14^th meeting. I teach on Tuesdays and May 14^th is the final class for the semester.

I am available on Saturday, June 1^st or Sunday, June 2^nd.

Unfortunately, I have another work obligation on Tuesday, June 4^th so that date is not good.

 

I hope we can find a day/time so art therapists can be represented.
