Setting Up a Meeting

Hi All,

I'm hoping we are now all on here.

I want to start to figure out a date and time for a meeting for us all to come together and discuss future steps of working together on advocacy and collective issues. 

Here are some possibilities:

Tues 5/14, evening 6 or 7?

Thurs 5/16, evening after 7?

Sat 5/18, 3pm or later

Tues 5/21, eve 6 or 7?

Wed 5/22, eve 7ish?

Thurs 5/23, eve 7?

Sat 5/25, 3pm or later.

Do any of these options work for people?

Kindly email your availability for each of these dates and then I will coordinate what works and find a space for us.

For those not in NYC, perhaps we can skype you in.

For in-person I could do mornings on a weekend (I work eves).

I could do that particular Saturday am.

The other week days - I might be able to call in depending.

Sorry to be so vague. I work rotating evenings and weekends so weekend mornings are the only constant that is 'off.' I will try to work around the group.

Hi all,

 

Preferrable for me are the tuesday evenings.

Second would be weds. (although I work until 7pm on east side, midtown)

Saturdays are my third choice if it is at 5:30 or 6pm.
