Michele – This bill represents the language agreed to by the Assembly and the Senate during the budget discussions. As this language did not make it into the final enacted budget – the Chairs of the Higher Education Committee have introduced the bill separately. My organization LMHCs, as well as MFTs and Psychoanalysts are in support. Best, Heather

Apparently there is a bill in the senate that would extend limited permits as well...its KILLING me that we dont have an Albany connection! Im working on getting info now!
