In recent meetings we discussed the Department's plans to re-brand the SED website, which includes the web pages for the Office of the Professions. In order to identify who accesses and relies on information from the website, that is, who are the "customers", the website team has developed and posted a one-question survey on the website.

 

I'd encourage you to complete the one-question survey and share this link with colleagues who can help the identification of our customers. The direct survey link is:

The link is also on the most-frequently viewed pages of the Departments, website. The survey link will be posted for about 2 weeks and then removed, and the data reviewed by the Website team in formatting and preparing for the shift to a new SED website.

 

I look forward to seeing you at our October Board meeting, which will be held by video from sites in Albany, Rochester and New York City.
