The NERD Summit is coming up on September 12-14. https://nerdsummit.org/nerdsummit-2014
I know several of us are planning on attending, it looks like the schedule is up and there are a number of interesting looking sessions.
I would encourage you to take a serious look at attending this, it is less than 2 hours away so even commuting is an option.
