Subject: Upgrade problem

We are in the process of updating our Open Public Drupal website and we are “close” to being successful. The problem is that all our custom configurations were blown away during our update procedure. Is there any way to recover this data to apply to the upgraded version that doesn’t involve redoing it manually?
