Dear New York Product Stewardship Council,
Please join us for a free Legislative Briefing hosted by the NYPSC
Steering Committee on Tuesday, March 9 at 11:00 am. Presenters
representing the NY DEC, NYPIRG, and the Steering Committee will share
information on current (and anticipated) New York state legislation on
rechargeable batteries, e-waste, and mercury thermostats. There’s a
lot happening, and now is a great time to get informed and get
involved!
