If anybody needs a recommendation for a free web page making program /
browser, our club (Sullivan Striders) just started using SeaMonkey, a
replacement for Netscape Composer/Navigator. It works with the
broadest range of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and browsers
(Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) of any free web page making
program.

Feel free to make your own web pages to communicate the value of USATF
certification, list courses you have measured, or to advertise your
services as a measurer. I have some examples below that I have used to
communicate to RD's and runners who have questions about USATF
certification. In the interest of promoting USATF certification for
more courses, you are welcome to link to my pages below or use my
format.

Since many RD's often ask measurers for advice on USATF course
certification AND organizing their race,
I've put up information for RD's at:
http://www.sullivanstriders.org/race.html
and
http://www.sullivanstriders.org/usatf_course_accuracy.htm

I listed the course measurements I've been involved with at:
http://www.sullivanstriders.org/mapsUSATF.html
I make sure I credit people who work with me on the measurements.

I also have info for RD's which shows how much a course can be off by,
in terms of time, if their course is not USATF certified:
http://www.sullivanstriders.org/course_time_distance_errors.htm
This helps motivate them to get their courses measured and certified.
