Dear Dr. Das and Dr. Barker
My name is Shannon Hodge, chair in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Middle Tennessee State University - we are looking for an adjunct to teach one undergraduate section of Linguistic Anthropology in the fall semester, and I hope you may have some current or recent grad students who are interested, if you don't mind passing along the information to them.
The class is classified as synchronous remote – meaning it is online but meets in real time by Zoom or Teams twice a week, not an online asynchronous class. It will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:40 to 2:05. The class is ANTH 3410 Linguistic Anthropology. Candidates are required to have a minimum of18 hours of graduate education in anthropology, preferred candidates will have experience in teaching Linguistic Anthropology or related courses. Classes begin on August 25. Candidates can contact me at shanno...@mtsu.edu.
Thank you,
Shannon Hodge
