Last June, we lost Amit Sikdar and Buddha Majumdar while they were on their Char-Dham pilgrimage to India. Their incredible contributions to the temple have been enormously important for the foundation and growth of our Kali Temple.
While we miss them badly during all the events at the temple - small and big pujas and celebrations, we would be celebrating their lives and memories on the eve of the first-year anniversary of their passing.
On Saturday, June 14, we invite you to join us at the temple as we commemorate these two wonderful souls from 11:00 am to 2 pm followed by lunch. If you are interested in participating - rendering songs or poems or memories of your association with Buddha da or Amit da, please let our priest Samiran Chakraborty know so that we can incorporate that in our plan.
