Celebrating 2025 Durga Puja & Kali Puja at New York Kali Mandir

We will be celebrating Durga Puja for the 20^th time this October and invite you all to this year’s Durga Puja.  The puja schedule is as follows:

 

Mahalaya: September 21, Sunday

Durga Puja: September 27, Saturday (Sasthi) to October 1, Wednesday (Dashami)

Lakshmi Puja: October 6, Monday

Kali Puja: October 20, Monday

Since our temple is fully dependent on donations from devotees, we would greatly appreciate sponsorships for the Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja and advertisements for the Puja brochure. You can communicate your sponsorship decision and amount to Samiran Chakraborty @ 516-771-5254 or send an email to NYKMD...@gmail.com.

After more than 10 years, we have decided to revise the Puja Sponsorship donations as below.  We seek your understanding and continued support for the temple.  

Sasthi, Saptami, Navami, Dashami, Lakshmi Puja: $400

Ashtami, Sandhi Puja, Kali Puja: $600

This year, since Puja is coming early, we have very aggressive deadlines for the publication of the Puja brochure.  Please send your contributions - thoughts, stories, poems, pictures, paintings and experiences, please send them to us at NYKMD...@gmail.com.  Our publication has thousands of readers - it is a great way to make yourself heard and known to the South Asian community in the Greater NY area.

If you want to contribute to the temple, please do so by writing a check payable to NYKM or donating at our website https://nykalimandir.org/donate. Every donation, no matter how big or how small, is going to be critical for NYKM’s evolution into the next phase.
