We've tallied all the shared expenses for the trip and have a final cost per person (13 years old or over).

Someone suggested PayPal... I've never tried it before, but sure!  I think all you need is my email address and for PayPal I use aran...@yahoo.com.  Let me know if you're going to go this route (it may be a road not travelled (by me anyway), but may end up being the easiest way).
