Address
I will find out the address within a day or two. Pretty much know where the house is, but the company we are getting the house rented from does not make the address available until a few days before the rental date.

Cost
We are estimating the total cost to be AROUND $200-$250 per person (age 13 or older).
We will know the total cost at the end of the trip.  If you've been asked to buy anything for the trip, please keep the receipt and submit it at the retreat. It will be categorized and added towards the total.

We have distributed some responsibilities for things to bring (mainly food items).  You may be asked by these people for assistance, if so, as I mentioned above, please submit the receipt.
I will, if I have time, send out another email listing who's currently assigned to buy what.  This way we can review and see if there's something missing or if we can assist in any way.
