Ladies,

Please check your attendance in the attached document. Please let us know if there are errors and/or arrange to have a conversation with us if you are far from meeting the 75% requirement.

As we said last night, we are reasonable and flexible, and we truly appreciate your being at a moment's notice this year, so our goal is obviously to make this work for everyone.

Hi,

I know I am far behind on meeting the 75% and with that being said I know I am going to miss at least three more sessions (4/16, 4/30, 5/7) due to vacation and my husband will be speaking at a conference. I have got some information on babysitters but it still makes me a nervous wreck. I know I need to get over that but it is hard.

I am more than willing to do whatever you need me to but also understand if there is nothing I can do to make a comeback.

I do enjoy this committee and all the people on it. You both do an amazing job!
