Hi, Ladies—

Unfortunately tonight's activity is canceled.

We are waiting to see if next week’s session will be canceled as well and will update you by Friday. If we do not end up having a workshop at Nazareth Housing, we will have a committee meeting at Headquarters instead at 7 p.m. Please plan on meeting either way next Tuesday, May 21.

Those teams who were meant to lead May 7, 14, and 21 should still complete activity plans by next Tuesday. Even if we don't end up using these this year, these activity plans will go into our planning file and can be used next year at our new community partner. Teams are below.

May 7 - Mother's Day tissue paper flowers and clay pots

Leads: Leslie, Ally, Stacey

May 14 - Mosaics, possibly modeled after artists and/or using recycled materials

Leads: Rita, Lauren, Morgan

May 17 - Lightbulbs using recycled bottles

Leads: Charlotte, Ashley, Amanda B

June 4 - Year-end Social

Leslie is graciously hosting us at her apartment at 196 Stanton Street 3J.

If you have enjoyed what we've done this year as a committee, please put it as your first choice when you complete the placement process. If indeed the community partner/location does not work for you next year, choose a second choice committee on which you would equally be happy to be. Access the placement request form here. The deadline is May 24.

Give to the Annual Fund here or Community Councils PIP Bench here. It's not important how much you give, only that you give!

End-of-year Party is on June 6.
