For those of you alumni who thought your nyit email got disconnected
(like me), it hasn't. It just got transferred to gmail. Heres how
you can get access to it.

1) go here https://my.nyit.edu and log in with your username and
password
2) on the bottom left there is a section for "critical applications",
and one of them is gmail. click it.
3) fill out the form - you should be transferred to your gmail
account - it will have all your old saved emails migrated with it
4) ???
5) $$ profit $$

Another note. If you can convince the msdn adminto add your account to
the msdn aa program. Free licenses to a ton of ms software. Like
windows 7 and visual studio and SQl server

Can't you also go to mymailg.nyit.edu to connect directly to the new
gmail interface? Dunno if you have to login like Kraska first. Just a
tip, I have a forward set up in gmail to forward all mail to my Non
NYIT email to migrate off it

Ben, Thanks for the tip.
Have you done this? Do you know who the MSDN admin is at NYIT? I really
need to start testing some software on Win7, and I could definitely use the
API's provided with VS'10. Any leads?
