I cannot believe it. Park Slope condo price at Brooklyn now matches the peak price in 2008!

One-bed room condo was sold as $559K in 2008 and now it's listing price is $559K. Park Slope is one of the premier locations or principal indicators of high-end NY metro market. NY metro housing market was not the super star at the peak time of housing bubble. But it does not mean that the NY metro housing market will not have significant increase in the near future. We shall never underestimate the incredible demanding power for houses at premier location in NY metro area including NJ and CT.
