Here are the details for the Autocross event at this year's Wolfsgart Car Meet July 22nd through 27th in Burlington VT.

AMEC members are offered free attendance and unlimited use of the safety course in exchange for volunteering time and knowledge during the car control event on either the Saturday or Sunday scheduled event.

More info on the full show can be found here: https://wolfsgart.com/

Info regarding the Autocross itself is copied here:

WOLFSGART is proud to announce the return of our "Car Control" safety course in partnership with the Sports Car Club of Vermont (hyperlink https://sccv.org/)  For those that were not able to attend last year, this is an event not to miss.  Building on last year's success, and drawing on decades of Autocross event experience, the SCCV team has designed a new, larger, more technical car control course for 2025, with more elements to challenge attendees of all experience levels.   As with last year, the safety loop will feature a variety of tight turns, acceleration and braking zones designed to build real world car control skills.  SCCV members will be on hand to answer questions and provide tips to help improve driving technique.  Learn to manage car behaviors such as understeer, oversteer, and vehicle weight transfer in a controlled and safe environment!  Senior club members will also be available to provide ride alongs and valuable one on one instruction!  All attendees must complete event registration and sign safety waivers prior to participation.  This can be done at the show or skip the line and pre register HERE (hyperlink msreg.com/SCCVWolfsgart2025).  Vehicles will be inspected for safety prior to entering the course and helmets with a minimum M2010 certification are required.  SA2010 helmets are recommended.  A limited number of approved helmets will be available for rental at the event.

This is the timeline for setup and event:

Thursday evening:  Site walk and planning session
Friday: Morning/afternoon - Track layout, spectator area and barrier set up
Friday: 4pm-5pm Track Testing by SCCV  Spectators welcome! This will also be open to wolfsgart staff and select venders

EVENT SCHEDULE:
Saturday: 12-3 All welcome
Sunday: 11-1 All welcome

I ask that anyone from the club who wishes to participate please provide me Name and Contact number at least one week before the event if possible so that I can have them added to the Staff gate list.
