WELCOME DRIVERS! Come join us for the Lake to Lake Sports Car Ramble set for Friday, June 29th. The event is held in conjunction with Watkins Glen International’s Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen (June 29-July 1) weekend and is produced by the same nuts that organize the Grand Prix Festival.
The Ramble starts at the International Motor Racing Research Center then moves to the race track where brunch will be served for you and your navigator at the Glen Club and you’ll take three parade laps around the Grand Prix course. Then you can travel either the scenic route or spirited route amidst the hills and valleys of New York State’s Finger Lakes Wine Country, and of course, take the twists and turns of the original 6.6-mile road course used from 1948-52 in the Village of Watkins Glen
A registration fee of $125 per car also includes a commemorative dash plaque, two weekend general admission tickets for Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen and parking in a special corral at the track. Lake to Lake Sports Car Ramble participants will enjoy three exciting races during the event weekend at Watkins Glen International; the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series, the Continental Tire Championship Series and the Sportsman Showcase Series.
