It's getting pretty obvious that we will need to cap entries to 70
drivers and go for a quality show over a quantity one. Giving everyone
plenty of track time has always been our goal so we will set the cap
to 70.
We're at 54 drivers right now. So if you're thinking about it, better
speak up. :)

Mike, I talked to Dave Burnam a few days ago and told him I'm planning to show up in my MG midget, assuming the weather is not too bad. He said the track is smooth enough for it. If not, I'll bring something else. So, count me in!
Thanks,
Rex

Sounds great Rex,
What number will you be using? I ran 200 laps there Saturady, and yes the
track is smooth enough.

Hey Mike,
Rich Dobbins here...
I've been watching some Saratoga Speedway clips on youtube and I have a question: when the drifting runs are made it seems the cars pass through a patch of water before they begin the drift into the turns. Is that so the tires break more easily in order to drift? Or it is just a coincidental wet patch on the track?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Thanks,
Rich
