Please Fill Out Post Layout Guide!

Hi all,

If the Lead Editor for each section could fill out the Post Layout Guide in the DC&NY folder that would be great. That way we can all work on blogs, rundown, etc. and adhere to one format. I know Rundown is already there already (Digest is there, but needs to be updated to the new format). 

Also, make sure to ask the Lead Editor to look at your post before you publish it. This is purely for formatting reasons (follow the Content Editing Guide for content editing). 

Otherwise, I think I am safe in saying everyone can post in the Blogs section of the website whenever he/she has an idea for a post!
