See attached screen shot. Potentially a critical bug if it blocks stair
access.
Temporary options include getting rid of doors in crypt.
I have noticed that vault placement does not respect diggable points. Ie if
you makea vault with only two entrance points, you'll often see if places
on top of other vaults, or in ways where it's clear the diggables aren't
being heeded. I wonder if this is related (ie two vaults with doors being
placed in an overlapping way so that the tiles double up with doors).
