.NET Developer contract to full-time
Agile start-up looking for a skilled and results-oriented .NET
Developer to build the back-end and front-end of comparison shopping
engine. Ground floor opportunity to build an exciting new product.
Responsibilities include:
. Back/front-end development lead
. Translating wireframes, mockups and other requirements
documentation into technical specifications and functioning code
. Documenting development progress
. Working closely with the engineering, production & marketing
teams
About the Candidate:
. 4+ years of .NET programming experience (ASP.NET/C#), HTML/
JavaScript
. Experience using MS SQL Server and TSQL development
. Experience creating DTS/SSIS packages for data loading from
staging to production environments
. Experience with MS SQL Full-Text Indexing
. Experience using AJAX
. Experience consuming Web Services, preferably eCommerce related
. Familiarity with leading consumer Internet applications,
especially Web 2.0 applications
. Candidate may work remotely or in-office, but must be able to
physically arrive to Midtown at least once a week.
Bonus:
. Experience with eCommerce, affiliates, comparison shopping
engines
. Windows 2003 server management experience
