Looking for a developer with the following qualifications - if anyone knows of anyone, please let me know. Thank you!

- Develop core technology, including the design/architecture of new solutions, the refinement of existing code, and the optimization of web content
- Write design specifications, programming specifications, and documentation
- Develop and maintain web applications written in Java/JSP/Servlets, operating on a Linux platform

What we are looking for:
- experience J2EE web application development, particularly JBoss
- Java programming experience in a product development environment
- background with MVC frameworks such as Struts, Spring MVC or Echo
- Apache, servlet containers (resin/tomcat/etc)

Programming experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
* EJB, JSP, JavaScript, XML
* Databases such as Oracle
* Web server applications using technologies such as Flex, JSP, and Ajax
