Wanted for Hire: Pendulum Driver and Tuning

Hi all,

I'm looking to hire someone in the NYC area to build me an electromagnetic pendulum driver for a short Foucault Pendulum like the one described here:

The pendulum length, weight, and desired amount of swing are all TBD so I need the system to be tunable for various set-ups. 

Deadline is March 18th.
