Need help with app upload to apple & google

I'm an artist working with AR using Unity & Xcode.  I have an apple developer account but I've been using ad hoc distribution to put my compiled code onto iPhones  I use as viewers. 

The problem is the certificates only last a year.  And I can't compile for Android phones.  I need help to get beyond this. I would be willing to pay for any coding help someone could provide.
