Hi Julio,

You can now find arduino's at radioshack. I've only seen them carry the uno, but their stock may have expanded since I last checked. May be worth a call to see. Also, the NYU bookstore carries some [not sure which models] and there is always sparkfun.com, but that is definitely the slowest option. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips Michelle!  unfortunately tried these three and they all carry only the uno... but my friend Tesia had one that save me :) ah, and discovered that actually the diecimila and duemilanove are totally compatible (and the duemilanova is still available in amazon)..

I talk to them, and also Adafruit and Radioshack and they all only have the uno now... but they are definitely resources to know in NYC! Duemilanove is available online and it is fully compatible, so that saved it :)
