Hip to Hip Theatre Company celebrates twenty years of free and accessible professional classical theatre in NYC. AS YOU LIKE IT and MACBETH will tour in repertory to ten parks throughout Queens and surrounding areas from July 28 to August 22. Plus, our interactive children's workshop "Kids & the Classics" will be offered thirty minutes before each performance.

Shangri-La-La is a wildly funny new comedy musical inspired by a real-life Las Vegas lawsuit against Siegfried & Roy — told with rhinestones, tigers, courtroom chaos, showbiz glitter, and the wisecracking ghost of Bugsy Siegel.
Written by Mike Meier, with co-writer Peter Giambalvo, the one-hour festival version of Shangri-La-La leaves the courtroom behind and dives into the dazzling creation myth of Siegfried & Roy — two outsiders who transform themselves into Las Vegas legends through ambition, illusion, rhinestones, reinvention, and a little help from the ghosts of Sin City.

'Metamorphosis' Seeks Play Submissions
This is a trans, queer play festival independently produced by Eli Riederich. The goal with this project is to uplift the stories of trans and queer individuals. The festival will take place on Mill Mountain Theatre's Waldron Stage in Roanoke, Virginia during the weekend of November 20-22nd.

The New Works Play Lab (NWPL) gives our MFA Acting candidates experience with new play development, starting with the workshop process and ending in a staged reading. NWPL gives playwrights a laboratory to experiment with their work in a supportive, educational setting, while also teaching developing actors how to serve the text.
