Green Breakfast Pitch- Notes 7/11/11-

This morning 7/11/11 I gave a short Share Squared pitch at the Green Breakfast meeting. The idea was well received and I'll direct people to the listserv/developing website. The audience was particularly interested in the group when, as I was rattling off sharing startups/examples, I mentioned sharing your bed... Anyway, in addition to my Freudian slip the audience expressed genuine interest in helping out. The group was a solid blend of entrepreneurs, lawyers, communications experts, accountants, etc. The format was a short pitch on offers and requests for resources. Following the meeting, these contacts requests and offers are collected and shared with the group via a google doc. I love this concept and it saved me a lot of card exchanging and note scribbling. If this sounds interesting to you personally, I can provide more feedback on the session as they are monthly.

I'm going to try to make green drinks Tuesday night www.greendrinksnyc.com . Is anyone going to the "find a Co-funder" event? It is at the same time so maybe we can divide and conquer? Would love to hear your feedback on which one would be more appropriate for me given your knowledge of the events/attendess- as I'm yet to be able to violate the laws of physics and appear in both places at the same time.
