Always hard to find, but please let me know (off-line, please) if you know of any solid real estate paralegals that want (or need) to make a change. Our search is retirement-driven, and we need to fill the spot with a high-quality candidate with at least 8 years of large-firm experience in all aspects of commercial transactional real estate.
