Anyone know of an expert witness in the area of real estate brokers (focusing on large building purchases NYC $15-$25 million, and high-end luxury newly-constructed residential sales), including customary tasks of broker and commission rates, and qualifications for heading residential sales team in luxury market?

I see in the news today that the National Association of Realtors settled a case, so this is timely and perhaps a lead there.
