Does anyone know who the successor in interest to Beneficial Mortgage of Missouri is?
Dealing with an Independence, MO property purchased from Jackson County Land Trust, but encumbered by Deed of Trust from 2000. Grantee/Lender was Beneficial Mortgage of Missouri on Noland Rd., also in Independence.
They are no longer in business and I am trying to find out who the current holder is.
