DEP Water Bill Dispute
David Reiss
Building owner has been hit with a five figure penalty for failing to have a water meter on its property. Building owner believes that it has valid defenses. Is there some kind of service that negotiates down DEP charges? Or does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Thanks.
