Hey All,
Emailing to say it was nice working with you. I'm stepping back from all
this organizational stuff. Few issues keep coming up that I can't solve
or know how to address alone so yeah.

I'm also very exhausted, 6 months of non stop organizing - actually I
did take some vacation time to visit family.

Anyhow, my final advice is if there are more people in the
organizational team than in meetings, something is not right. 11 people
in this google group and 8 people in the last meetings with a few no
shows here and there. Maybe meeting consolidation needs to be effected?

One day a week? Anyhow, I'll still be around, working on a few
solidarity projects that I hoping will help the movement.

It was a great working with you. You know I share your concerns and will try my hardest to clarify them to the group. I also don't know how to empower people to be more involved in organizing or to make themselves accountable. Yes we are all volunteers but that shouldn't stop us from working effectively as a group.

You will be missed. I feel terrible at having been a part of the problem that has made you so frustrated. And I hope there is no ill will for my recent lack of involvement, I have nothing but respect and admiration for your efforts to keep A&C organized and structured Please take care of yourself and get some rest.
