This beautiful six-bedroom brownstone is located directly across the street from the Cobble Hill Park at the corner of Clinton and Congress in Brooklyn. Apparently this uniquely designed residence was once home to a convent. On the bottom floor is a small living room and a spacious kitchen, and each floor has two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. We are a collection of professional mid-twenty to early-thirty year-olds. We enjoy one another's company when we are home but everyone in the house is pretty busy. We are thoughtful, creative, communicative, respectful, and clean. This is a community household and we are looking for roommates who want to live cooperatively, which means occasional house dinners and friendly exchanges with one another in the house.

We are about a 5-minute walk from the F/G Bergen Street stop, and about a 10-minute walk from the 4/5 and 2/3 at Borough Hall and the R at Court Street. We are close to the hopping Court and Smith Streets, which is home to many wonderful shops, restaurants, and bars and Trader Joes is right around the corner.

The landlord creates individual leases for each room/tenant and rent is $1,200 - utilities not included. No couples. No pets.
