Hi Everyone, 

Hope you are all doing well! I'll be restarting my post-WLS group in January and have space available for up to 4 new patients. The group is open to men and women >3 months post-op (many patients are >1 year post-op although we have some more recent people as well). If the patient has Aetna insurance, then the group would be covered in-network, otherwise I can provide forms for out-of-network reimbursement. I'm attaching a flyer for the group, which you can feel free to share with any patients who may benefit from a group treatment.
