post-WLS group

Hi All, 

Please let me know if you have any patients that may benefit from this group: 

I have openings for 2 new patients in my post-WLS group. The group meets once per month (Thursdays at 7pm) to discuss topics relevant to life after WLS including body image, eating issues, relationships, etc…The group is currently all women and I'm hoping to find 2 more women to round out the group. It is a cohesive group and many of the women have participated for the past 1 1/2 years. The group is open to patients who have had any type of WLS (AGB, VSG, RYGB, DS, etc…) and must be at least 3 months post-surgery, although we have patients who are many years after surgery. 

The new members would join in the December group. Please let me know if you have any patients who may be a good match for the group. I would be happy to discuss the group with any patients who are interested and I'm attaching a flyer for the group. The fee for the group is $50/session; if patients have Aetna insurance then it would be covered in-network, otherwise they can submit forms for out-of-network reimbursement.
