I'm wondering if anyone has any resources (articles, book chapters, first person accounts, blog posts, etc…) that you reccomend for post-WLS patients on any of the following topics:
-body image (adjusting to changes in body post-WLS, losing "fat woman" identity, changes in the ways that people react to you after weight-loss, hanging skin, or any other element of body image post-WLS)
-relationships (helping loved ones understand your struggle with food/WLS process, entering into new relationships post-WLS, how to eat and interact with people who don't know you've had WLS)
-Emotional eating

My post-WLS group has decided that they want topics and readings for each monthly session, so I'm trying to pull together some appropriate materials. The group is all high-functioning, educated (all have completed college, some have post-graduate degrees as well) women. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Alexis-
My book addresses all of these topics! It is available through my website, Amazon and is now in eBook format.
