Thank you Ilana for sending this article. I think the article is fascinating and really provides strong evidence for the ineffectiveness of dieting. 

On another note, the NY Chapter meeting of ASMBS is this Friday and Rachel Goldman (a member of this list) will be presenting in the morning session. I plan to attend. Perhaps I'll see some of you there!
