Wondering if anyone has seen enough condo (not co-op) prospectuses to
have an informed opinion as to whether they specifically limit the
number of owners who may partner to purchase a unit. Perhaps 2 or 3?
Or do they generally not deal with that at all. Also, in the case of a
purchse by a corporation formed for the purpose of purchase, how many
people may use the apartment (on rotating basis for weeks at a time)
and must they be stockholders of corp? Thanks.
