Title: Java Developer
Duration: 3 Months (With Possibility of Extn)
Location: Louisville, KY
Job Responsibilities:
•The resource will create new tools, applications and infrastructure that will be used to analyze large data assets from disparate sources.
•The candidate will have the ability to dissect large problems into manageable solutions.
•Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
•Develops implements and modifies new applications.
•Plans and executes testing of major components.
•Develops, modifies, tests and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized.
Skills Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
•5 years of programming and systems analysis in a high technology business/area.
•Solid skill set in one of Java, C#, or C++ required.
•Be able to think in abstractions and turn abstract ideas into concrete examples.
•Effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner.
•Ability to break down large complex problems into manageable parts.
•Experience in software development environments such as Linux, Oracle, JBoss and/or Tomcat preferred.
•Experience developing software using Amazon Web Services.
