Description
Our client, a major financial software services provider is looking
for an experienced C software developer to work on developing and
enhancing one of their leading platforms. You will work on mission
critical, customer facing applications that include content analysis,
acquisition, processing, searching, normalization, entity extraction,
alerting, and presentation of legal data.
Qualifications
Expert level software engineering experience in C (templates, boost,
STL) on Unix/Linux. (5 years)
Core Java proficiency (2 years)
Distributed systems/multithreaded experience
Familiarity with relational database/ SQL development
Proficiency with scripting languages
Web Crawling experience is a plus
Experience developing legal information acquisition and processing
applications is a very strong plus
Experience with XML and Web services a plus
Strong communication skills
