Duration: 6months (potential extension based on performance)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•8+ years of overall
•3 years of Banking,
•2 years of relevant (debits, credits and check processing) ,
•3+ yrs. branch, bank operations or equivalent work experience is preferred
•Basic to intermediate PC and MS Office skills
•Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanor
•Demonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisions
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues, improve process efficiency, quality and client experience.
•Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to senior level or manager.
• Typically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role.
•Actively participates in self-development in order to support the common team but also ones future advancement.
•Proven ability to handle customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independently
