Job Description:
1. We are looking for energetic individuals with 2 - 3year experienced in US IT recruiting with real time experience in recruiting H1B/ GC/Citizens, all across USA.
2. MUST have excellent communication skills & social networking skills to interact with candidates.
3. Should be willing to work in US timings (All US time zones)
4. Must have knowledge on the tax terms like Corp-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099 and other US tax terms.
5. Must possess excellent negotiation skills and identifying the right candidate against client job requirements
6. Comfortable to source on web-based job portals like dice.com, Monster, CareerBuilder, Techfetch etc.
