Job Description:

Manage plant and manufacturing activities as part of a
virtual production/distribution process. Participate in
strategic planning and support business direction. Partner
with other PPS Operation Managers to collaboratively
develop strategy in meeting key performance indicators
(KPIs) through best practices.
Ensure plant production meets the required measures for the
plant and contributes to overall performance targets.
- Maximize profitability by employing the most efficient
and appropriate production methods.
- Control expenses and allocating resources through
effective strategic planning and monitoring of budget
process.
- Plan, organize and manage plant operations to ensure
quality products according to schedule, continued customer
satisfaction, environmental, safety and cost-effective
objectives.
- Ensures plant manages inventory in an efficient and
profitable manner by analyzing reports and audits.
- Assure compliance with all local, state, national and
Deluxe regulations, policies and practices.
- Create a vibrant learning culture within a plant to
develop a succession plan for key positions within the
plant.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing "process improvement",
"best practices", and "learning environment" culture within
the plant.
- Model and inspire the "Deluxe Way" principles.
- Cultivate internal change and facilitate the modulation
of transition.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience in business or related field. Five plus years of
demonstrated leadership experience required. Incumbent
fosters teamwork, process-centered organizational learning
and open communication. Ability to lead courageously and
coach and develop others. Show drive and commitment and use
sound judgment. Champion change and manage execution. Must
have demonstrated analytical, planning and decision- making
skills. Able to build relationships. Skilled at
adaptability and able to positively influence others.
Requires innovative thinking and comfortable with risk.
Must have clear focus on customer quality and satisfaction.
