Job Title: Market Data Compliance Analyst
Job Location: NY: New York
Pay Rate: Up to $90/ hr

Description: Successful candidate must be able to lead financial market data (prices, indexes, benchmarks etc..) licensing and services project. 
- Serve as a conduit for market data vendor negotiations
- Review and analyze market data usage
- Participate in market data contract negotiations and vendor analysis.
- Ensure all contracts are in place for a data management project
- Liaison among Client Business Units, IT, Data Management Provider and Market Data Provider
- Review market data contract structures and limitations.
- Interpret market data contractual obligations and compliance requirements. 
- Inform client Business Units of amendments to market data contracts.
- Review and monitor budget impacts
- Develop market data vendor contract database

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree (R); MBA, MS, (P)
- 7+ years related business experience (R)
- Superior leadership skills. (R)
- Strong project management skills (R)

- Superior written and verbal communication skills (R)
