Technical Requirements:
* 2 yrs in a technical support role.
* 1 yr phone support
* 2 yrs in ISP help desk or network troubleshooting
* Clear precise speaking ability
* 1 yr Modems (PRI Modem Pool or Lucent MAX TNT/cisco Mika PRI)
* 2 yrs LAN connectivity (DHCP/PPTP/Sub-netting)
* Knowledge of HomePNA standards
* Writing skills
* Root cause analysis
* TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP protocols
* ISDN, Fraction T's, DSL
* Tecnical Support of an ADSL/XDSL
* Wireless Experience
