Hello guys! Greetings from North Carolina, where the hurricane is bearing down on us (but we're far enough inland that we should be fine).
After a long hiatus, I've been playing Shadowfist again--because my son Strummer is 12 years old and he digs the game. I actually went so far as to make us draft pods so we could run two-person drafts from all the sealed product in the attic. If we can just get a third player, we'll really be in business...
I wanted to let y'all know that I'm blowing through town quickly next week to host a book-release party for THE BEAUTIFUL BOOK OF EXQUISITE CORPSES, a creativity book that has contributions by everybody from Stephen Fry to Moby. If you're free on Tuesday night, come by! It'd be great to see you!
Details: Tuesday, September 18th. 7 pm to 9 pm. We're gathering at The Armory, which is a cool bar at 67 Fourth Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11217. (A very short walk from the multitude of subway stops at Atlantic Avenue / Barclays Center.)

Joe and Gavin:Also great to hear from you two...I'll sadly trump the stories with the fact that my son is now off at college... in Texas, at UT Dallas.Still hard to believe.
